This two year programme is for graduates wanting to specialise as Building Surveyors. We will support you in gaining the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
You’ll work within our wider Building Consultancy department and the programme consists of two, year-long, rotations within our building surveying teams. During your training you will gain experience in all aspects of building surveying, associated with dilapidations, technical due diligence, construction, project monitoring and wider project management. You will deal with the full range of property types and may on occasions be able to work across Europe.

Cognate students will need a RICS accredited degree or a RICS accredited masters conversion course in Building Surveying (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum)
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be eligible to live, work and remain in England, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
The Application process
You will initially complete an application form along with your CV. If this meets our requirements, then you will be asked to complete a job-focussed test. From there we will invite successful candidates to an assessment centre in December/January that will consist of a group activity and individual interview.
