An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Firm’s Saffron Walden office for a Full Time Trainee Residential Sales Negotiator.

This office is Saffron Walden’s leading estate agent and the successful candidate will be working alongside a very experienced, driven and friendly team of property professionals within residential sales.

This role requires the holder to be able to multi-task and deal with a high volume of work.

The position is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm on a rota basis with time off in lieu.

Principle accountabilities will include:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone and email
  • Leading onto negotiating and agreeing sales

The successful candidates must have the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within in a team
  • A full drivers licence with use of own car which is insured for business use.
