What you will do:
You’ll be involved in some exciting projects from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering for example land acquisitions, property and asset management, valuations, compensation negotiation, compulsory purchase, development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.
You will be enrolled onto our brand-new graduate training programme that includes, soft, commercial and technical skills training as well as support to help you achieve your chosen professional qualification (e.g. RICS).
What we’re looking for:
Drive, professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude matter as much to us as your academic background, but we are especially interested to hear from you if you have studied one of these fields or similar:
Land/Rural Surveying| Property Surveying | Property Management | Land/Rural Management | Planning | Agriculture | Real Estate | Land Economy | Countryside Management | Geography
You’ll stand out if you’ve got a background or genuine interest in farming, rural affairs or utilities & infrastructure
