Q. How many jobs can I post?
A. As many as you like! For the same job function in multiple locations, we recommend posting separate job posts per location as this will help you see better results and greater applications.
Q. How do you speak to your student audience?
A. We have a live and active student database as well as a strong LinkedIn presence. We communicate on a weekly and (through busy times) daily basis through our direct email and messaging campaigns, where we make students aware of the latest Featured Employers and job opportunities relevant to them. We always tailor communication to ensure your company and job vacancy gets in front of the most relevant audience.
Q. We don’t have the internal resource to manage our graduate hiring process, can Gradfeed offer further recruitment support?
A. Yes, with our Gradfeed Enterprise solution our inhouse recruitment team can provide full end-to-end recruitment support on a cost per hire basis and take the time and stress out of hiring. We work closely alongside your organisation to ensure you are accessing the strongest student and graduate talent available.
Q. How do I receive my job applications?
A. Job applicant CVs go straight to your email inbox and are also stored in your Gradfeed dashboard, where you can easily view and contact suitable students and graduates, as well as adding more jobs or editing your Featured Employer page.
Q. Our company already use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), can Gradfeed help direct applicants to it?
